Refund Policy for Seller Circle Amazon FBA Education Membership
We at Seller Circle value your satisfaction and are committed to providing you with exceptional education and resources for your Amazon FBA journey. While we believe in the effectiveness of our program, we understand that individual circumstances may vary. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
You have been an active member of Seller Circle for a minimum of 3 consecutive months. You have implemented the strategies and techniques taught in our program, including sending products to Amazon and adhering to Seller Circle Pricing Strategies. You have actively participated in live chat sessions and utilized the available resources and support. You have not made a profit within the first 3 months of membership.

Not Making a Profit:
If, after following our program diligently, you have not made a profit within the first 3 months of membership, you may be eligible for a refund. This period allows for sufficient time to implement the strategies and evaluate the results.

Requesting a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the completion of the 3-month period. You will need to provide supporting documentation, including proof of product shipment to Amazon, evidence of participation in live chat sessions, and financial statements or records demonstrating the absence of profitability. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time frame.

Refund Process:
If your refund request is approved, we will refund the fees paid for the first 3 months of membership. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during registration. Please note that any additional costs, such as transaction fees or charges incurred by third-party payment processors, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Membership Termination:
Upon receiving a refund, your membership with Seller Circle will be terminated. You will no longer have access to our educational materials, resources, or support channels.

Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be granted if: You have not been a member of Seller Circle for at least 3 consecutive months. You have not implemented the strategies and techniques taught in our program. You have not actively participated in live chat sessions or utilized the available resources and support. You have made a profit within the first 3 months, regardless of the amount. We encourage you to give our program sufficient time and effort to achieve the desired results. Our refund policy is designed to provide fairness and protect the interests of all members while ensuring accountability and commitment from both parties. Effective Date: This refund policy is effective from June 12, 2023.

Refund Policy for Seller Circle Wholesale Mentorship Eligibility for Refund:
To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions: a. Request a Refund within Six Weeks: You must request your refund within six (6) weeks from the date of purchase. b. Product Approval by Seller Circle Team: Prior to ordering any products, you must have your product selections vetted and approved by the Seller Circle team. If any purchases are made without this approval you will not be eligible for a refund. c. Minimum Order Quantity: You must order at least £500 worth of stock. d. Profitability: After meeting conditions 1a through 1c, if you have not made a profit, you may qualify for a refund. e. Course Completion: You must have watched 100% of the course content. Proof of Eligibility: In order to verify your eligibility for a refund, you will need to provide evidence for each of the conditions above. This may include purchase receipts, approval correspondence, financial records, course completion certificates, or other relevant documentation. Effective Date: This refund policy is effective from June 9, 2023.

Refund Policy for Seller Circle Wholesale Mentorship Deposit:
Any deposits placed for the Wholesale Mentorship are fully refundable within a 30 day period of them being placed. Upon the deposit being placed, a space on the Wholesale Mentorship is automatically reserved. Any refunds requested after the 30 day period has expired will not be eligible.
